Ingredients


1 tsp Canola oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
2 large Zucchini

Instructions


1. Cut zucchinis in half and then length-wise. Season with salt, pepper and toss with oil.

2. Sauté in pan on med-high heat for approx. 5 mins.

3. Serve as a side or eat as a snack.
