4 slice Bacon, uncured, Nature's Choice
1/2 kg Chicken, ground, lean (ground)
8 potato Fingerling potatoes (yellow)
1 small Red onion (white or medium yellow)
1 cup Chicken broth (stock), low sodium
1 cup Kale
200 ml Coconut milk, sweetened

Instructions


Great zuppa toscana soup, comforting very easy to do. Bacon adds flavor to soup, kale gives it a healthy side and sweet potatoes texture. this recipe is suitable for paleo diets and slimming diets. I cook some slices of bacon in the bottom of the pan to give taste and then I remove the fat. I then use ground chicken and at the end of the coconut milk that gives a delicious touch without being too strong of a coconut flavor.
