I help clients follow their personalized nutrition plans, stay motivated and overcome the obstacles that prevent them from meeting their goals. I oversee the nutrition coaching app, Meal Garden, which is where I provide each client with reading materials and a recipe collection that is unique to their needs based on their food sensitivities. I also provide grocery store tours and assistance with pantry cleaning.
