You will see at times on the shopping list and recipes, there are brand names of ingredients. This is a default by the program I used. I do not endorse these brands, and in fact, prefer you don't use them, as there are healthier options. Please always read ingredient lists, and abide by the nutritional coaching advice given throughout this program.
