Healing Acne [Medical Medium Protocol]

This meal plan was designed following the Medical Medium protocol for Healing Acne.


It incorporates healing foods such as:


  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Greens such as mâche, spinach, kale, chard, butter leaf lettuce, red leaf lettuce, and green leaf lettuce
  • Bananas
  • Antibacterial herbs and spices (peppermint, oregano, thyme, sage, ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon)
  • Cucumbers 
  • Tomatoes 
  • A variety of tuberous roots


It also excludes the foods to avoid when healing acne:


  • Eggs
  • Gluten
  • Dairy
  • Canola oil
  • Corn products


For optimal results, combine this meal plan with recommended Healing Supplements & Teas such as lemon balm, zinc, vitamin C, selenium, goldenseal, licorice root, oregano oil, and chamomile & peppermint tea.
