The Paleo diet consists of grass-fed meat, fish/seafood, fresh fruits and veggies, eggs, nuts & seeds, and healthful seeds. It excludes cereal grains, legumes, dairy, refined sugar, potatoes, processed foods, refined vegetable oils, and salt.
