6 bulb | Garlic (about 6-8 cloves), minced) |

Instructions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a stainless steel pot with a thick bottom and bring to a gentle boil.
2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about an hour.
3. Strain and pour the mineral-rich broth into a mug and enjoy supporting your gut health and thus your overall health.
