|2 fillet (170g)||Atlantic salmon, wild|
|3 tbsp||Hoisin sauce, ready-to-serve|
|2 tbsp||Maple syrup|
|1/4 tsp||Salt and pepper|
Preheat oven to 400F
1. Mix syrup and sauce together. Place salmon in a plastic bag with marinade. Let marinate for an hour.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
3. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
