Ingredients


2 fillet (170g) Atlantic salmon, wild
3 tbsp Hoisin sauce, ready-to-serve
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1/4 tsp Salt and pepper

Instructions


Mix syrup and sauce together. Place salmon in a plastic bag with marinade. Let marinate for an hour.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.

Serve with a complementary side, and enjoy!

    I am trying this tomorrow and this certain sounds yum! I wanted to point out that there is a suggested one hour marinating time, so I'm thinking the prep time should reflect that? Thanks!!
