| 2 fillet (170g) | Atlantic salmon, wild |
| 3 tbsp | Hoisin sauce, ready-to-serve |
| 2 tbsp | Maple syrup |
| 1/4 tsp | Salt and pepper |
Preheat oven to 400F
1. Mix syrup and sauce together. Place salmon in a plastic bag with marinade. Let marinate for an hour.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
3. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
Serve with a complementary side, and enjoy!

I am trying this tomorrow and this certain sounds yum! I wanted to point out that there is a suggested one hour marinating time, so I'm thinking the prep time should reflect that? Thanks!!
