5 cup Spinach
2 medium pepper(s) Yellow bell pepper (sliced)
4 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1 1/4 cup Blueberries
2 large kiwi(s) Kiwi fruit (sliced)
1 1/4 cup slices Avocado
1/2 cup whole Almonds, raw
210 ml Blueberry Lemon Dressing

Blueberry Lemon Dressing

1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
3 1/2 tbsp Water
1 3/4 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice (+zest)
1 1/3 tbsp Rice vinegar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Maple syrup
1 dash Salt and pepper (to taste)


1. In the mason jar (s) layer in order: 

  • Blueberry Lemon Dressing
  • cherry tomatoes 
  • green cabbage
  • avocado slices
  • bell pepper pieces 
  • almonds
  • kiwi slices
  • spinach

2. Cover jar (s) with a lid and shake when ready to eat. Get a fork and Enjoy!

3. Jar (s) will keep in the refrigerator for 5 days.
