1. In the 5 mason jars layer in order:
3-4 tablespoons of Blueberry Lemon Dressing
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup green cabbage
1/4 cup avocado slices
bell pepper pieces
handful of almonds
3-4 kiwi slices
1 cup spinach
2. Cover jar with a lid and shake jar when ready to eat. Get a fork and Enjoy!
3. Jars will keep in the refrigerator for 5 days.
