Instructions
- Puree the raspberries in a blender or a food processor.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the coconut butter, pureed raspberries, and chocolate chips until it liquifies.
- Add baking powder and baking soda.
- Stir in the vital wheat gluten and almond flour.
- Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl, or leave it in the saucepan, and put it in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, roll the truffles and dust them in the cocoa powder.
- Store in the fridge or freezer.
Instructions for "coconut butter"
Mix together in a Vitamix or food processor, keep in the fridge and use when needed
