Baby's First Bites - 6 months Week 4

Composed by: Ana-Maria Janes

Nutritional Details

Between batch cooking baby’s favourites, making smaller meals for new foods, keeping an eye on your baby’s poop, watching out for any reactions, and getting used to this new schedule it’s a lot to juggle.

Take it easy this week and focus on what needs your attention (dealing with constipated baby, batch cooking baby’s favourites, keeping a better eye on the clock, making purees for the week ahead,or finally getting around to making that bone broth).

Hi Lovely!

I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a mom of two little munchkins.

In my house, we are introducing solids to my Little Tank and guiding my toddler to be an adventurous eater.

My passion is to help moms nourish their babies and kids. I love teaching introducing solids, help with picky eating and mealtime challenges, guide mom’s through their kid’s allergies or frequent colds and flu!

Growing up I was a very picky eater. If it didn’t look right, smell right, feel right it just was not going into my mouth.  I later learned I was a supertaster, which basically means I have more tastebuds and taste everything (especially bitter) more intensely. So trust me when I tell you that I KNOW what your little one is going through because I felt the exact same anxiety and pressure to eat they do.  And as a mom, I know the pressure is on to get those little monkey butts to eat!

My Baby's First Bites program helps moms introduce solids to their babies without the confusion, overwhelm or worry that they will "miss something".  For more information, you can check out the details here.

Let's make mealtimes fun again.  Hop over in our Facebook community!

P.S. Psssst.  If you don't know where to start with introducing solids, download "Baby's First meal Plans: 4 weeks of meal plan guide for your 6 month old"  here and follow the meal plans here.
