'21 Day Fix' Approved

The 21 Day Fix is a nutrition and fitness program that uses color-coded, portion-controlled containers, along with daily workouts, to promote weight loss.

The program focuses on a lower-carb macronutrient distribution, delivering roughly 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat per day. It is encouraged that these macronutrient targets are reached through the consumption of 21-Day-Fix-approved foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. 

In contrast, the 21 Day Fix program recommends limiting added sugars, refined carbs, processed foods, greasy and fried foods, and alcohol.
